The suite has a full kitchen and a private patio with a BBQ, and on some nights that is all you will want. But Peachland and the valley around it are a lovely place to eat — lakeside patios on Beach Avenue, a bakery locals swear by, and some of Canada’s best winery restaurants a short drive away.
Start with what the Okanagan does best: stone fruit straight from the orchards in summer, a glass of local wine on a vineyard terrace, and fish and chips on a patio as the sun goes down over the lake.
These are the thirteen we send our own guests to, grouped by distance from the suite: six on Beach Avenue, three around Peachland and four in wine country. Details were checked in October 2026 — hours change with the seasons, so a quick call first is always wise, and summer patios book up fast.
Down the hill to the waterfront: lake-view patios, a German pub, an Italian kitchen, sushi with a view and the town’s favourite brunch. Dinner, a sunset walk on the pier, then home.
A rustic German pub and restaurant with a lakeside patio, the kind of place locals have been coming to for years. Guests love the schnitzel, the calamari, the mushroom caps and the charcuterie, and every so often it throws a medieval feast.
